Osaka's iconic Tsutenkaku tower and Abe no Harkus (Marriott hotel) building can be seen from the large window near the bar entrance. The basic rule to enter this bar is to be a male with short hair. There is no karaoke here so this is more of a place to enjoy conversation. More Korean & Taiwanese customers are visiting in recent years.
