“Rainbow Festa! + Kansai Rainbow Parade” has been held annually since 2006 in Osaka.
A lot of LGBT performers sing or dance on the stage at Ougimachi Park, and there are many colorful booth in the park like Ennichi.  
Rainbow Parade departs after noon peacefully, and performances start again after Parade’s end.
They celebrate sexual diversity and make people respect each other.

They hold this event 2days.
Several famous artists will come on the stage.
